This Clarification Text has been prepared by Yapıtek İnşaat, located at Adil Neighborhood, Bosna Boulevard No:27, Sultanbeyli / ISTANBUL (hereinafter referred to as "Yapıtek") in its capacity as the data controller, in accordance with the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”) and the “Communiqué on the Principles and Procedures to Be Followed in Fulfilling the Obligation to Inform.”
Security measures for the protection of your personal data by Vonsteel are provided at an appropriate level against possible risks, taking into account technological capabilities.
Within the scope of services and products offered through Yapıtek, acting as the data controller under the KVKK and relevant legislation, via the website www.yapıtekinsaat.com.tr; social media platforms (such as Facebook, Instagram), and online channels (such as "Request a Call" forms, support centers, etc.), the personal data you share with Yapıtek — such as identity information (e.g., name and surname), contact information (e.g., phone number, address, email), customer transaction and marketing data (e.g., product selections), and transaction security data (e.g., IP address) — is processed by Yapıtek in order to respond to your requests and suggestions specified in the relevant forms, and to communicate with you regarding Yapıtek’s products, projects, and services.
Your personal data is processed by Yapıtek departments in connection with and limited to:
Pre-sales, sales, post-sales, support, production, and operational processes related to products and/or services (including request management involving intermediaries and/or their employees and survey activities),
Marketing processes (such as personalized offers, promotions, notifications, and commercial electronic messages based on your preferences),
Fulfillment of legal obligations imposed on Yapıtek by the applicable legislation.
The aforementioned personal data you have shared with Yapıtek may be transferred — strictly for the purposes stated above — to Yapıtek's business partners and suppliers (e.g., agencies, live support platforms, technology infrastructure providers), relevant social media platforms you have interacted with (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp), or digital platforms such as Google. Yapıtek or the aforementioned third parties may process and store your personal data on servers or other electronic environments located inside or outside of Turkey, provided that necessary security measures are taken.
Your personal data is collected and processed based on the legal grounds set forth in Article 5(2) of the KVKK, including:
Necessity for the establishment or performance of a contract (e.g., during the offer and contract formation processes),
Legitimate interests of the data controller (e.g., ensuring follow-up and communication regarding a project you have shown interest in),
Your explicit consent (particularly for marketing processes).
Your personal data will be retained in accordance with the duration required by the relevant legal grounds, for as long as necessary for the purposes mentioned above, or during the validity of your explicit consent, in accordance with the KVKK and secondary legislation.
Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK, you may submit your requests regarding your rights listed below to Yapıtek in writing or via other methods specified by the KVKK and the “Communiqué on the Principles and Procedures for Application to the Data Controller.” Yapıtek will evaluate your request as soon as possible and respond within no later than thirty (30) days.
Your rights under Article 11 include:
To learn whether your personal data is being processed,
To request information if your personal data has been processed,
To learn the purpose of processing and whether it is being used in accordance with that purpose,
To know the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,
To request correction of your personal data if it is incomplete or inaccurate,
To request deletion or destruction of your personal data under the conditions set forth in Article 7,
To request notification of the correction, deletion, or destruction to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,
To object to processing that is exclusively based on automated systems and that produces results against you,
To claim compensation for damages if you suffer harm due to unlawful processing of your personal data.
